Changing your NDIS plan manager.

You can change your plan manager at any time.

This is part of the choice and control you have on the NDIS. All you need to do is let us know you’d like to switch, and then inform your current plan manager.

There’s no cost to change your plan manager.

Some people think the process of changing is difficult, but it’s really not. We’re here to help, and here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started.

1. Contact us to let us know you’d like to make the switch to Just Plan Managers

2. Let your current plan manager know you’re switching.

You can use this form to let them know. And, if you’d like we can help you with this.

3. Let Just Plan Managers know your release date from your old plan manager.

We’ll ensure a smooth transfer. Your old plan manager is responsible for paying your invoices until they release your funds. You can continue using your providers and services in the meantime.

4. Welcome to Just Plan Managers.

As soon as your funding is released you’ll be live with us on the same day.

Remind your providers to now send their invoices to Just Plan Managers.

We’ll tidy up any outstanding invoices if necessary.
